Shipping

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order or offer you a suitable alternative.

Delivery times & Fees

We offer free next day delivery to all UAE (within city areas) for any order above AED 500 and placed latest by 12:00pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day +1. 

Orders under AED 500 will have a shipping cost of AED 35.

Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will try our best to accommodate it (additional fees might apply).

The courier may contact you to confirm the delivery address as per their usual protocol in the UAE.

Contingencies

In case of heavy rain, flooding roads and/or any other natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances, our couriers might face some delays. If that is the case, we will notify you if we expect a delivery to arrive more than 1 day after you have placed the order.

Delivery times apply to the 7 emirates and Al Ain within city limits. Any remote area within the UAE, might face delays in the established delivery time.
