Care Instructions

Spot clean

  • Rinse the rope with lukewarm water and air dry.
  • Clean the straps with a damp cloth; use mild soap if needed, and air dry.
  • Make sure only the rope is soaked, not the leather alternative straps.

Deep clean

  • If the collar's rope requires a more thorough wash, soak it in lukewarm water with mild detergent for no more than 5 minutes. Softly brush any dirt off the rope with the soft side of a sponge, rinse, and air dry.
  • Make sure only the rope is soaked, not the leather alternative straps.

Extra Care Advice:

  • Do not dry in direct sunlight or near heating sources.
  • Do not use any leather protector or moisturiser.
  • Rinse the entire item with clean water after extended exposure to the beach or saltwater. Dry with a cloth or allow it to air dry.

Occasionally, use a soft toothbrush to remove any debris buildup between the smaller solid brass parts, like buckles or clasps.
